UCL does not justify cap over 30 million IMO

It's more like $13m at 2c isn't it - and if anybody thinks this company is worth $13m then I have a couple of bridges you might be interested in - the only reason the share price was around 1.5 cents was that the company did a 10:1 share consolidation a few years ago. Long term holders are down 99.9%. They have no resources available to develop anything - they just issue millions or billions of paper.
