I admire your resilience on this share and your in depth research but I must say I think you are in love with it - which is not a good place to be :)

When I started to read the announcement I was looking immediately for how they paid for it, let alone how much they paid for it, and eventually saw that they issued yet another 9m shares plus promises of oppies and promises of $500k after some evaluations and finally some commissions when they make money.

After that I wouldn't bother with trying to evaluate the worth of the project - my prejudices take over :)

What we have seen today has nothing whatsoever to do with UCL or the project - and I think you agree.
