no one knows, although many on HC think they do - no matter how many times they get it wrong tomorrow is another day and another opportunity to call a bottom.
I for one are of the opinion that there is more pain and crud to flush thru the system prior to any recovery.
But as no one can accurately call a bottom (100% of people who get it right are just lucky) and if your a long term investor buy stocks for what their share price will be in the future and don't stress about short term losses.
