Putting 0.64 in context...
The number of shares on issue doubled and doubled again... so if we take our 0.64 x 2 = $1.28 x 2 = $2.56 ...
Then for the pleasure of the double doubling, we had to stump up a premium of 0.60c and 0.35c respectively... lets take that into account so...
$2.56 - 0.95c = $1.61.
One year ago they hit the $2 mark give or take.. so that 40c would be an extra 10c on current pricing - or 0.74c / share.
The reason, as I recall, that it hit the $2 mark about a year ago, is that this point is when SGP came along and grabbed 12% or so of the stock - making it ripe for take over play.
