Not sure if you missed it, but They just raised capital through the con notes, have significantly Increasing monthly revenue which is funding the program. As far as medium term capex, I'd imagine they may be looking at reserved backed debt funding - but would imagine they would derisk fairway as much as possible before doing that deal..
