An unmarketable parcel process would be fruitless (other than reducing the share registry fees) as the 2021 Annual Report states there were just less than 2000 shareholders with an unmarketable parcel (being less than $500 holding) which represents a collective of approx 650,000 shares. That’s certainly isn’t going help prop up the share price.
