    OK guys I'm seeing a pattern here. Have you actually looked at the description of this company?

    They are an "Mining Exploration company" not a "Mining Exploration and Development company".

    There is a huge difference, they only find gold deposits, not dig them up.

    That explains the high legal fees, they have to make sure when a company wants to mine on the tenements they own; they get a proper cut of the profits.
