Well thanks for your input but at the same time do you know how much it takes to run a company, especially a small one?

If you take a look almost 100k (thats 7% of the total outgoings) went to ASX/ASIC alone.

And I know from experience that blood sucking lawyers are always expensive. They are obviously trying to do everything by the book; dotting those t's and i's to perfection. So when they do find something good they are legally watertight, Both in business to business contracts and with the government.

I was looking at hunting for gold with a metal detector in Victoria as a hobby, turns out that if you don't have a miners right (mining permit that only costs 17.50 for 10 years) you can get fined up to 15,000 and additional costs for every day after the offence.

Unauthorised mining in accordance with Section 155 of the Mining Act 1978 and attract a penalty:

• For an individual of up to $150,000 and a further $15,000 for each day the offence continues.
• For a body corporate of up to $300,000 and a further $30,000 for each day the offence continues.

Imagine that they screwed up their contracts because they listened to investors and cheaped out on their legal team. It could cause them to go bankrupt if there was a legal mistake.

So to me, seems reasonable.
