The reports that I read were part of the financial results and Hunt passed the issue to department heads. There is a report to be released in May and maybe this will detail the financials. There are significant costs in breaking this business up. I could not find any other benefit statements that were not high level strategy. Given that the board has already destroyed the SP, gaining investor trust should be high on the agenda. Should we have to wait till May, when there are options available now. They claim that the bid does not represent faie value. How do they quantify this and what are the assumptions that support this claim.
