It depends what ur motive is for investing in this company…if it was for the environment and ur also content with being associated with a coal fired power station don’t opt out.

If MCB got his way in buying AGL as a single entity it would have resulted with him once again working with Twiggy to repurpose the use of the coal fired generator's to be operating on hydrogen!
My understanding isTwiggy and the current BOD we’re working on this conversion project.
So by splitting them in two separate entities, it is a form of de-risking the ventures…FMG did a similar thing by creating FFI
Pls note, I believe we shouldn’t rush into transitioning to renewable at any speed!
And personally like to arguing with them at AGM's
