Phreak, I was actually enquiring about substantive figures.
In the past CSS has talked about optimum supply levels to not impact too heavily on pricing. But that was a few years ago.
Whilst pricing has risen significantly since then it would appear that at least some of the rise could have been due to limited supply from CSS.
