What are receipts 12 months trailing?
I've not seen their contract, but most SaaS business selling to enterprise are 12 months upfront with 1 month payment terms
Assuming this negotiated to 45 days and a few delays from sales. 6 months sales to trailing would be more realistic and solve this riddle
