Panettone french toast:
On a dinner plate coat four thick slices of dated panettone in the following:
2 eggs.
6 tablespoons whole milk.
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Pinch salt.
Fry in butter.
Allow the butter to burn.
Serve with fruit bacon and maple syrup.
