there’s really no incentive to exercise early. I hold and plan to hold past 12 months for the CGT discount. As they’re eligible - there’s no reason to acquire shares given they give me leveraged exposure. And the only reason to acquire shares would be for a special dividend. Options really only impact the market cap by looking at the fully diluted value and would be accommodated in any calculation by the acquiring entity.
