As I recall you have been in and out a half dozen times or so in the past few weeks :)
What is appropriate PE zones for commercial property businesses? I dont have a radar really on which to base an assessment. 13 would be high for me in a manufacturing or service business... yet residential property appears to trade on PE of 35 + ... with poorer fundamentals. So... Is 13 high for a low geared LPT ?
Differences of course between the two is a building usually lasts 30+ years .. most businesses dont.
