Decoupling from farmland at the foot of the greatest agricultural boom in history would be questionable in wisdon given the toppiness of the broader market. But hey ... I don't mind it seems to have released the value of AAC and I have patiently sat on my little piece of Australia.
Forestry in Indian sandalwood no doubt? Its a trainwreck waiting to happen - take it from an insider. Maybe future in walnuts but nuts are not a necessity unless they can be produced cheaply. Anyway enough from me. Good luck!
