It might not go up to 11 cents as fast as it did the first time, but it WILL get there. It is currently only a loss ON PAPER. Just put it in the bottom drawer, stop looking at the SP and HC every day. Just take a quick look at the SP ONE DAY A MONTH. Other people look at HC and the SP every day because they are after trades and quick profits and taking up SPP and shortfall etc, which do not concern you.
I think we will be back at 10 cents within 18 months and maybe sooner. You just have to have patience. It is possible to buy a house and it can go down in value, but you don't sell when it is down....
Small comfort, but there are many people in the same situation as yourself who will have to ride this out..
