    Of course we will not. The big pity (IMHO) is that we still have zealots who refuse to let us use our creations to rid the world of disease etc. How dare individuals or groups of the same allow viruses and other pathogens a foot hold in our communities by refusing inoculation? That type of selfish behaviour should result in no social welfare for them. Would you let people walk free who poisoned water in the dams or food in the cannery? Of course not, yet we allow the same to go on under our noses and wonder why disease outbreaks still occur.
    The average standard of living will lower not due to diffusion of quality of life but due to idiots who serve self before community and are never held to account over such action.
