ISIS has long been an easy organisation to join and on that basis one must assume that it has been thoroughly infiltrated by CIA, FSB , MIT , Mossad and just about every other ME intelligence agency. Only a fool would think otherwise. Hearsay on Hebrew?? There is no verification of course but I would not be surprised to learn that the group has people who can speak many languages. Communication in a language that is not locally understood ensures privacy.
Of more importance are the dislocations and forced conscriptions within ISIS. Multiple sources are suggesting a large proportion of teenage fighters. There was an failed coup by ISIS police in Mosul a few weeks ago.
