I wonder if any trade incentives r on the table if Macri wants more K money in his country. If they want greenfields start up companies such as AGY to kick on strong they need to incentivize capital input. Interesting timing given AGYs imminent offtake/potential finance deal. There may be more corporate political heavy lifting going on behind the scenes which may bode well for the structure of AGYs project finance.
