12% percent tax also means nothing to small daigou too, 12%x25=3dollar, while we know daigou could sell A2 at round 50 dollars or sr they can transfer the cost to end customer, as we know A2 are selling at 100 dollars in China supermarket, customer will still be more than happy to pay just 3 dollars
