?? This change is in line with the FTA agreement signed with China. So its not a new news....
Like any agreement, there will be give and take. China can now buy up to "non-sensitive" assets in Australia up to $1.094 billion without requiring FIRB approval.
So expect more "Australian" assets to be owned by the Chinese.
