It's inevitable, certainly after November, when whoever wins the elections, will be pressing forward in passing the legislation Federally and State to allow permits for fracking.

Very likely such legislation won't be limited to only 5 Counties in New York State, but will need to be non-discriminatory for towns and Counties to chose, all across New York State.

But, it seems that's all going to take a few more months of patience, to see those legislative developments, formalise.
