    Ok Sirdean.

You buy shares into a company.

Suddenly down the track you find out that the company has made some big errors because of their bad policies. Those bad policies may mean that individuals within the company have been allowed to get away with illegal activities.

Ok the directors sack the immediate workers involved.

However, at the end of the day who are the ones that should be held accountable?

Clearly, i would say the Directors for allowing the company to fall into disrepute by the slack rules that were implimented by them in the first place.

    I see no difference.

You tackle the problem at the heart of the matter and not the person.

If we are talking about squeky clean in Australian Sport, when was the last drug cheat found within our swimming squad? They train all the time with the hope of making it into our Olympic team for one chance every 4 years.

Its not just the AFL. I understand that. I am sure other codes have theirs as well.

However, sport should have one set of rules across the broad spectrum that says, "One strike and you are out".

    No compromise.

    Cheers markco2
