Thanks Inferno, that makes sense. However I did assume that they would have allowed CR8 to use existing chat with real person to train an initial model. But also makes sense to design a trial where the algo learns from the data collected during the trial. Maybe AMP didn't want them to use the old data, or maybe they incorporated some extra design features into the trial not available on the old chat data. Personally I would have used the old data to at least some degree (they still may have done this).

I also tried direct money yesterday but did not get any chatbot. Must be same design. I wonder how long before Rosie kicks in
