AMP's Flexible Super is seeing declining numbers of members due to cannibalisation from their MyNorth offering which is on a better platform (AXA) and more complete in terms of product offering. For eg: no equities trading on Flexible Super which is a no no for advisers and DIY customers. No tech in the world can succeed when there are deficiancies in the product. I hope the AMP management take that into consideration when they evaluate Rosie's results. It will be great if Flamingo can improve results so that the tech can be applied to their monster products - North, CustomSuper, Flexible Lifetime Super which make up over 1.5 million accounts.
