    Flamingo is a Co-creation & Analytics solution that allows businesses to personalise experiences for customers and treat them as individuals.     Solution:

    Flamingo provides a digital interface where individual customers and employees meet. The employee leads the customer through pre-programmed Customer Journeys to assist the customer get their job done – buy a new product, service or experience, resolve problems or review their relationship. This is done via a combination of online, VoIP or video conversation and the presentation of questions, graphics, video or other representations of the experiences that the business can offer. It provides an Assisted Customer Journey to an outcome important to the customer. Analytics provide deep insight into customer behavior, preferences and desired experiences.
