Fist human reaction is fear and confusion then reality of life and needs come to their senses
also the cost of electricity will not impact individuals only but it will disadvantaged the whole economy and industry in the world market competition.
some German factories already migrated to the east where production is cheaper = taxes break, electricity and workforce cheaper.
Love to see how solar will keep people warm in long winter times;)
in 30 years time every goverment will be judged by new generation which will inherit economy and climate, but by that time chinese economy will be the largest in the world IMO.
