What fasthit may be trying to say is that as a non-holder, posting readily available bad news serves only one of two purposes, It's either bitterness at a previous loss caused by the non-holder's inadequacy as an investor, and his/her subsequent need to vent anger, or the so called non-holder is attempting to short or re-enter the stock at a lower price. More often than not it's the former.
