    Well I would not believe anything S&P have to say, with their shady track record.

    I am still suspicious of the supposed financial bigshots and experts. Why would they pay, say, the equivalent of $2 a share to get control of Centro when they can just as easily engineer a default and get all the assets for nothing ?
