I don't see how it's lying at all. They said 'average price'. That can be interpreted any number of ways. They never said VWAP. They said VWAP with the last SPP they did, but not this one. I spoke with the company and was told it was the average closing price over the last 5 days, and not VWAP. Mentioned it here in several posts and was ridiculed for it. Oh well, only trying to help. Now you're hearing it from pretty much the horse's mouth, Mister Specky, and people are still trying to deny it.
