No different from you picking up a cucumber from supermarket, or touching the petrol bowser. Or an idiot wearing mask but not wearing gloves. The only failsafe way I know is to live in a plastic bubble.
From what I can tell, no QF pax have gotten the virus from other people on their flights. We would all know about it.
