After years of crowing about a budget surplus FORECAST for 2012/13 as if it were an achievement and basing the ALP's entire economic credibility on it, Swanny meekly dumps it on the eve of Christmas. What a pathetic, dishonest excuse for a treasurer he is! Apparently,it has only now been brought to Swanny's attention that commodity prices have been coming off and we have a high $A and there are some businesses struggling out there. A total disgrace!
