someone will be able to shed more light on this.

i thought with the directors resigning that there actions were based on a done deal with Orquis and their payout packages were part of it.....now this has collapsed and no deal, are they still entitled to their payouts or have they jumped the gun?

The whole situation disgusts me. i wont say anymore what l am thinking....just have to bottle it up!
