They started vaccinating people in the USA long before Australia.

The vaccinated are less at risk.

People are dying in NSW but that doesnt appear to matter to you.
Over 1000 NSW real people currently in hospital for this disease many of whom
even after they recover will have long term health consequences given
what Covid does to ones lungs. WA, SA and Qld don't want what is
happening in NSW to occur in their states. They realise that until the population
is near fully vaccinated across Australia they will have to lock out NSW
and Vic. Doing that will meanthey are covid free and continue to enjoy their
freedom. NSW have failed to do what Covid free States have done and have
because of slackness transerred the virus to Victoria.
