POSCO (NYSE:PKX – market cap USD 22.7b) and Teck (NYSE:TCK – market cap USD 17b) are 2 of the companies that own interests bordering Groundhog. I’m told POSCO recently purchased a 20% stake in the land next to Groundhog that came with a $30m price tag. Factor that into any value model you want for ATU. 70c to 80c is a bargain.

I know hotcopper is often full of over enthusiastic talk about this type of stuff… but I reckon one of these heavy hitters will just come in and pay ATU for what they’re worth. $1.50… $2… it could so easily be more.
