ADI should be releasing their 10% farm-in arrangement soon which will provide insight into the value of this asset in this economic climate. Their certainly is interest their, but they won't be "fire selling" the asset, so it may take a while to get the best market price.

The reason why natural gas is becoming big business in Eagle Ford County is because of horizontal drilling. This is a relatively new technology which supersedes vertical drilling.



The unique thing about shale oil and natural gas in the Eagle Ford County is that the vertical flow rates are very low but the horizontal flow rates are much higher. In the past these areas were drilled but were found to be non-commercial because of the low flow rates from conventional vertical drilling. With the advancements in horizontal drilling their is now these huge untapped resouces (such as Eagle Ford County) which are now commercial.
