MC=4.8ml, cash of almost 3ml (with 1.5 newly raised),
convertible notes exchanged shares issued at 1.2 cents, so not much downside at all from current level.

Coal play, with JORC resource base already defined & FS also done, only waiting on mining approval now to start production. DOmestic customer already lined up.....right on doorstep to China, this is huge,
