    Agreed re your analysis on APT vs ZML... Zip is the business youd want for its platforms and tech... but the economics are flawed and the model requires an enormous balance sheet... I still think they will both run into a veritable shit storm of bad debt over the next 2-3 years, much like ondeck did.
