The increase in earnings from Alinta alone means they don't need to sell especially now or in the next month and nobody is going to make a reasonable offer anyway in this market.
That's why there haven't been any announcements about actual offers which is one of the main (and unfair) criticisms of management. All have been opportunistic/low ball.
