No, not inside info - they are just about to drill like they said they would, and the market is reacting to that as all stocks do pre-spud. The last announcement made no mention of the drill commencement being dependent on any other factors (such as funding), so it is full steam ahead from here IMO.

By the way, this is not to suggest that GDN does not leak, or that it will not leak during this drill. Review some of the significant price movements from Para 1 and Para 2 and then read the announcements in the proximity of those movements and it may raise a few questions in your mind.

Having said that, the current price action is not due to a leak - just people getting set for 55 days of, well, who knows...

I think any price run-up for this drill will be slow and steady, and will have to be backed by credible drill results. People who have been here before will instantly recognise management spin, and any hint of bad news or delay will have people heading for the exits. Let's hope that GDN management stay away from the investor advertorials that they used last time around.
