Well clearly I can say why it is now going up. Because I had to sell one of my parcels to get into something else. Murphy's law from my point of view!!
May need to reconsider that move pretty soon if it keeps moving up. But then again I'm a patient person!
Applying Murphy's law you cuold probably expect a new announcement regarding signing of contracts too. Just to compound my frustration!
