    IMO not the likely outcome. 50/50 Meeka processing JV instead. Credit Suisse arranging debt facility for both parties. Do the sums on what Bluebird needs to get to nameplate capacity and then fill in the gap. MLX to push for RDR board seat to keep everything in check
