Not sure why you would believe production is imminent.
No work has been done all winter... Mongolia is only now coming into "Spring"
No pre-mine development has occurred.
There is not a road from the "mine" to China.
ETT the largest coking coal deposit in Mongolia started mining in 2010. Last year, 2012 it produced 3.7 million tonnes for the year.
What makes you think a company with not infrastructure, as of today, could produce 2.5 million tonnes in six months ?
That would require a miracle and I have no doubt how the market would react.
