My much depreciated AUD0.02 worth is that GRR should neither increase the dividend nor buy back shares - instead they should be holding on to as much cash as possible to reduce the extent to which they have to dilute their interest in Southdown - I'd like to see them keep as big a % interest as possible in that project and the more cash they can contribute to development costs the less they have to sell down.
