    re: 25million shares traded offmarket announcement posted late last friday that instos wanted stock and as the co did not need to raise equity
    M boyd agreed to release a little of his own stock.
    this is very positve now more people interested.
    Would be nice to know who took up the stock.
    as said before read all QADs announcement as they explain very clearly the direction this stock is taking.
