actually though. After waiting so long to give us a divvie when should have been done after first buyback fail...seeing the amount compared to the substantial red value i have still... this does feel like a kick. Should have been at least 50 to 60c min. Still have a ton of cash, and no plans for it. This will continue to be a narrative that instostains could use to hit price. Not good enough.

I think they mentioned a special dividend to be award as well. Not sure when/if that is projected to be.
