Manipulation would explain a lot, and for a long time, so if we are being manipulated and pushed down/kept down - you’re not going to like it, but how about another buy back?
A2M has a strong cash position, a new dividend plan, and solid fundamentals, yet the share price remains low.
Now is the time for management to take advantage with another accelerated share buyback to reduce float and limit institutional control.
They will restore investor confidence by demonstrating managements commitment to their long term goals and also indicate to all the SP really is undervalued. Great value here.
If the share price is undervalued, a buyback benefits all shareholders, not just those flying in and out for a dividend in the next few weeks.
A larger, targeted program will drive a sustained recovery and finally reflect A2Ms true worth.
Should have done a second one running through Nov-Jan ‘23 but better late than never. Management needs to act now.
A buyback probably won’t happen so you don’t have to worry about it, but I’d support it.
