And of the possible proof there might be a smoking gun...here's how these counties played the game and yet...you still see this as "debunked"

By my read, of the 103...take 33 out (benefit of the doubt and maybe you could prove they didn't have drop boxes) and of the rest

• 2 sent indeterminant responses (whatever that bloody well means) and
• 1 sent incomplete document (read...as worthless)

Yup...entirely debunked

The Star actually reports that of those 103 remaining Counties

• 33 said that they did not have any drop box locations,
• 8 said that they would send the data if The Star paid a processing fee,
• 17 acknowledged the request but have yet to send the data to The Star,
• 1 is sending forms via email,
• 6 have the forms but have not yet delivered them,
• 2 counties provided "indeterminate responses" and
• 1 County sent incomplete documents."
