I once accidentally bought more than I had in the comsec account. This was years ago and I think I went $30 over or something silly like that (must have forgot to include the brokerage fee). A month later when I got my statement they gave me a $50 penalty fee (dishonour fee). Had no idea what it was and when I found out I was fuming....I never wanted to over-withdraw but the guy on the phone explained lots of traders use it....but gave me the money back 'in good faith'... :oP
